What you'll do at ABEE

• Lead the engineering efforts to develop the next generation lithium metal anode
• Operate and optimize large-scale production of lithium metal anode using a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process
• Develop and implement advanced characterization methods to understand physical and chemical properties of lithium metal anodes
• Collaborate with electrochemists to design and implement electrochemical testing protocols for lithium metal anodes, enabling performance feedback and process refinement.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations, with occasional participation in EU funded projects (HORIZON, etc.)

Required qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering field
• 5 years of experience in Lithium-ion or Li-metal battery processing
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Effective communication in a multidisciplinary and international team environment.

Responsabilités principales :

• Diriger et gérer l'équipe R&D dédiée aux projets de recyclage de batteries, en fixant des objectifs, en offrant un mentorat et en assurant la bonne exécution des projets.
• Concevoir et développer des techniques de recyclage avancées pour les batteries lithium-ion et à l'état solide, avec une attention particulière aux cathodes LFP.

• Travailler avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de production et de conformité environnementale pour traduire les résultats de la R&D en solutions de recyclage pratiques et évolutives.
• Garantir que toutes les activités R&D respectent les normes de sécurité et les régulations environnementales spécifiques au recyclage des batteries.
• Analyser les données de recherche, générer des rapports techniques et présenter les résultats aux parties prenantes. Proposer des améliorations de processus et de nouvelles technologies à adopter basées sur les résultats de la recherche.
• Se tenir informé des évolutions de l'industrie, des technologies émergentes en recyclage et des tendances en chimie des batteries, en particulier pour les batteries lithium-ion et à l'état solide.

Exigences :

• Diplôme de Master ou Doctorat en Génie Chimique, Science des Matériaux, Electrochimie, ou dans un domaine connexe.
• 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du recyclage des batteries, de la récupération des matériaux ou de la R&D sur les batteries, dont au moins 2 ans dans un rôle de leadership.
• Connaissance approfondie des chimies des batteries lithium-ion et à l'état solide, en particulier des cathodes à base de LFP.
• La maîtrise du français est essentielle. Bon niveau en anglais est requis. La connaissance d’autres langues est un plus.

FUNCTIE

Doel

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een team van medewerkers. Je zorgt er samen met het team voor dat resultaten behaald worden.

 Context

Het centrum heeft een capaciteit van 178 en er werken 41 personeelsleden.

Deze personeelsleden hebben zeer diverse profielen en staan in voor de goede werking van het centrum: sociaal werkers, opvoeders, onthaalmedewerkers, verpleegkundigen, begeleiders…. Het opvangcentrum voorziet immers niet alleen in de dagelijkse basisbehoeften (zoals onderdak, voedsel en kledij), verzoekers om internationale bescherming krijgen ook sociale, juridische en medische bijstand. Bovendien organiseert het centrum verschillende activiteiten en opleidingen zodat de bewoners hun tijd nuttig kunnen besteden. Als dienstverantwoordelijke werk je binnen de logistiek-technische dienst, deze bestaat uit 4 medewerkers (FTE 3,5) (meer informatie over het centrum in kwestie vind je op www.fedasil.be).

Inhoud

Samen met je team tracht je de beoogde resultaten op een goede en efficiënte manier te bekomen.

Je staat garant voor een goede samenwerking tussen jouw dienst en andere diensten en personen binnen en buiten het centrum. Je neemt deel aan multidisciplinair overleg.

Je ondersteunt je dienst bij de recurente activiteiten in geval van afwezigheden. 

Jij en je dienst staan in voor:

• Het technisch beheer van het gebouw.
• De opvolging van herstellingen.
• Het beheer van het economaat (shop met hygiënische producten) en hulp bij het verstrekken van materialen en goederen aan bewoners. Je geeft uitleg aan bewoners en beantwoordt vragen.
• De analyse van het verbruik en de behoeften van de bewoners. Je doet aan efficiënt voorraadbeheer en doet bestellingen.
• De linnenwissel en inventarisering van het in- en uitgaande linnen. Je volgt het contact met de externe wasserij op.
• Het opmaken en uitvoeren van een onderhoudsplan voor het gebouw en terrein.
• De organisatie, controle en uitvoering van gemeenschapsdiensten (klussen door bewoners). Je superviseert de schoonmaak van lege kamers.
• Het afvalbeheer.
• Toezicht en check-ups van gemeenschappelijke keukens en wasmachines.

Er wordt een werfreserve aangelegd voor de duur van minstens 2 jaar voor alle type arbeidsovereenkomsten. De aangelegde werfreserve kan ook door andere opvangcentra gebruikt worden.

Categorie B: systeem op basis van uurroosters met vaste en variabele uren en prestaties van 7u36 per dag, vroeg, laat en weekendwerk.

Voorselectie

FUNCTIE

Doel

Je voert op efficiënte, betrouwbare en regelmatige wijze de opvolging, coördinatie, ondersteuning en controle uit van de boekhouding en de begroting, in lijn met de geldende procedures en regels met als doel de financiële middelen van de organisatie als goede huisvader te beheren.

Context

Het opvangcentrum heeft een capaciteit van 178 bewoners en er werken 41 personeelsleden.

Deze personeelsleden hebben zeer diverse profielen en staan in voor de goede werking van het centrum: sociaal werkers, opvoeders, onthaalmedewerkers, verpleegkundigen, begeleiders…. Het opvangcentrum voorziet immers niet alleen in de dagelijkse basisbehoeften (zoals onderdak, voedsel en kledij), verzoekers om internationale bescherming krijgen ook sociale, juridische en medische bijstand. Bovendien organiseert het centrum verschillende activiteiten en opleidingen zodat de bewoners hun tijd nuttig kunnen besteden. Als Deskundige financiële administratie werk je binnen de Financiële dienst, je krijgt ondersteuning van 1 collega administratief assistent (meer informatie over het centrum in kwestie vind je op www.fedasil.be).

Inhoud

Je zorgt voor een efficiënt beheer en punctuele opvolging van de budgetten.

Samen met je collega zorg je voor alle aankopen die nodig zijn voor de werking van het opvangcentrum. Aankopen via overheidsopdrachten (marktconsultaties), contracten beschikbaar via Fedasil of Bosa. Je ziet hierbij toe op de juiste toepassing van procedures, richtlijnen en wetgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten.

Je zorgt voor een transparante communicatie naar de verschillende diensten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een helder en efficiënt aankoopbeleid.

Je staat in nauw contact met de hoofdzetel en zorgt voor een correcte rapportage.  

Je zorgt voor een punctueel kassabeheer en beheer van de vervoersticketten.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de correcte opvolging van facturen en aanmaningen.

Onderzoeker bij het onderzoekscentrum Pedagogie in Praktijk - 80 à 100% 

Wie zijn wij?

Karel de Grote Hogeschool, dat zijn 6 onderzoekscentra, 9 campussen, 38 afstudeerrichtingen, meer dan 100 bijscholingsmogelijkheden, circa 14700 studenten en 1599 medewerkers.

KdG kiest voluit voor groei van kwaliteitsvol onderzoek met maatschappelijke impact en een context waar samenwerken en inclusie centraal staan.

Het onderzoekscentrum Pedagogie in Praktijk streeft naar duurzame kwaliteit en vernieuwing en naar maatschappelijke relevantie van pedagogische praktijken. Het doet praktijkgericht onderzoek en biedt ondersteuning aan organisaties die werken met kinderen tussen 0 en 16 jaar oud, zoals opvang voor baby’s en peuters, opvang van schoolkinderen, vrijetijdsinitiatieven, sportclubs, culturele organisaties, centra voor kinderzorg en gezinsondersteuning. Onderzoekers en ondersteuners werken nauw samen met kinderen, professionals, ouders, andere belanghebbenden en met elkaar.

Wat is jouw rol?  

Als onderzoeker werk je mee aan alle stadia van onderzoeksprojecten.

Wat doe je concreet? 

• Je doet praktijkgericht onderzoek in, met en voor praktijken die met kinderen werken. Je werkt hierbij intensief samen met collega’s en met werkveldpartners.
• Je werkt mee aan nationale en internationale projecten. Je verzamelt en analyseert data en verwerkt de resultaten in een vorm die pedagogische praktijken ondersteunt.
• Je denkt mee na over zinvol onderzoek en over pistes om bestaand onderzoek te valoriseren.
• Je zorgt voor een geschikte communicatie van je onderzoeksresultaten.
• Je staat mee in voor de middelenwerving van externe onderzoeksopdrachten en schrijft mee aan projectopdrachten.
• Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en (onderzoeks)partners. Minstens één dag per week werken we in team op campus Zuid. Daarnaast ben je vaak op stap. Nauw contact met het werkveld staat immers centraal in je takenpakket.
• Je bouwt een netwerk op en houdt de vinger aan de pols in het werkveld.

 Je rapporteert aan het Hoofd van het Onderzoekscentrum Pedagogie in Praktijk.

• Je bent vertrouwd met een ruim gamma van kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve onderzoeksmethoden.
• Je hebt recente ervaring in de brede sector van pedagogische praktijken. 
• Je kunt een complex onderzoeksproject in goede banen leiden van begin tot eind.
• Je bent een goede netwerker en kunt terugvallen op een uitgebreid netwerk in bovenstaande sector. 
• Je bent een teamspeler, want onderzoek doe je nooit alleen. Je werkte al in multidisciplinaire teams en krijgt daar energie van. 
• Je kunt flexibel omgaan met onverwachte wendingen in onderzoeksopzet en daar creatieve oplossingen voor bedenken. Je werkt zelfstandig.
• Je kunt wetenschappelijke inzichten helder overbrengen in het Nederlands en in het Engels. Je kunt je bij voorkeur ook uitdrukken in het Frans.  
• Je hebt minstens een masterdiploma.

We are looking for an Amazing: Data Engineer

Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)

Type of position: Hybrid from Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer (+4 years)
• Strong knowledge of Python for data processing and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
• Solid SQL skills, including complex query development and performance tuning.
• Experience working with cloud-based data architectures (Azure preferred).
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT methodologies and data pipelines.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office).
