We are looking for a talented Senior Architect and Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of distinctive projects across our portfolio. In this role, you will help translate vision into thoughtfully designed environments — spaces where creativity, functionality, and aesthetic excellence come together.

Working closely with internal teams, architects, consultants, and suppliers, you will support the creation and development of projects that reflect the group’s values of quality, authenticity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop interior design concepts aligned with the vision and identity of the group’s projects.
  • Prepare design proposals, mood boards, layouts, and material selections.
  • Ensure that creative ideas are translated into functional and refined design solutions.
  • Monitor and review projects throughout their development phases.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure the design intent is maintained.
  • Participate in project coordination meetings and support alignment between stakeholders.
  • Define Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) for projects.
  • Budget Management" and preparation of FF&E and OS&E Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
  • Assist in the selection of materials, furniture, and design elements.
  • Follow procurement and acquisition processes in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Review drawings and technical documentation to ensure alignment with design standards.
  • Support project implementation through design clarifications and site follow-up when necessary.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across materials, finishes, and spatial execution.

About You

You have a strong passion for design and a keen eye for detail, combining creativity with a practical understanding of how spaces are built and experienced.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience leading or coordinating design projects
  • High attention to detail and strong design sensibility
  • Solid knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction processes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
