You represent the procurement department of one of our Business Units (Integrated Assemblies) in all of its Programs.

You will contribute actively in new development programs for our customers like Airbus, Dassault, etc. Your responsibilities include:

  • Act as SPOC for all procurement activities of the program for direct parts supplies and specific test equipment and tools.
  • Challenge and advise on supplier visibility and innovative solutions to meet our requirements during bidding process, contract negotiations and Make or Buy and this during the complete life cycle of programs.
  • Derive from the Program plan, the Bids and the Make or Buy a Procurement Program Plan
  • Be accountable for the execution and maintenance of this Procurement Plan both in Development Phase as Serial Phase.
  • Consolidate all the information received from the commodity buyers who recommend and negotiate the contracts with our suppliers.
  • Deliver the procurement input to customer change negotiations.
  • In parallel with the procurement program function, publish/report the KPI’s and make management information/reports available for the whole procurement department.
  • Prepare the internal annual supplier improvement plan meeting

You work in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders and departments (Business Unit Manager, Program Managers, Business Development , Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Legal, …).


  • Master degree , preferable with technical background.
  • 3 to 5 years professional experience in a multi business-unit environment, preferable procurement, with proven competence in the management of projects with PMBOK or Prince2
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
  • Good Knowledge of MS/Office
  • Very good knowledge of SAP
  • Good communication competencies
  • Ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with colleagues in different business units and hierarchies
  • Result oriented, analytical, eager to take on new challenges, self-motivated, innovative
  • Stress resistant
