Technical and Soft Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in laboratory qualification and routine analytics.
- Strong understanding of laboratory equipment qualification protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Native in Germany (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
Qualification of Laboratory Devices:
- Perform qualification and validation of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Develop and maintain qualification protocols, reports, and related documentation.
- Ensure all devices meet regulatory and internal quality standards.
Routine Analytics:
- Support routine analytical testing by ensuring equipment is qualified and operational.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to lab equipment qualification.
- Assist in the implementation of new analytical methods and technologies.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of all qualification activities.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare documentation for audits and inspections.
Collaboration and Training:
- Work closely with the QC team and other departments to coordinate qualification activities.
- Provide training and support to lab personnel on the proper use and qualification of lab devices.
Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lab processes and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory requirements related to lab qualification.
