We are recruiting Lawyers/trainee Lawyers to join our Legal teams.
What the job entails:
- Management of legal proceedings in the field of civil litigation, in particular injunctions, executions and insolvency proceedings;
- Analyzing, processing and boosting processes for the judicial recovery of credits;
- Advising and issuing legal opinions in extrajudicial and litigation proceedings.
Desired profile:
- Law degree and traineeship with the Portuguese Bar Association;
- Experience and sympathy for the areas of Executive and Insolvency;
- Valued behavioral skills: collaboration, results orientation, integrity, analysis and critical thinking.
