What you need to join us:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as Agile Coach;
- Experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban;
- Proven experience in "Agile" projects;
- Coaching techniques, team coaching experience and training experience;
- Ability to lead and manage teams and resources;
- Aptitude for problem solving and creating solutions;
- Resilient and pressure-resistant spirit;
- Analytical and technical skills;
- Compliance with deadlines.
