We’re looking for someone who can deliver an impeccable service to their clients. Someone who really understands their clients’ needs and fulfills them. Someone who can orchestrate the perfect order fulfillment using the own stock complemented with that from outside suppliers. Therefore, you’ll need to build partnerships with key suppliers with whom you’ll regularly negotiate to come to agreement.

You’ll be the face of the organization managing existing accounts and creating new ones to generate a perfect mix attaining a maximum return on investment.

 

Job Description

 

  • Take responsibility for the retention and further development of the existing client base in Europe, Asia and the US.
  • Expand the international client portfolio by developing new partnerships and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Build partnerships with key suppliers who will be crucial to your success.
  • Visit clients and prospective clients worldwide to build strong relationships and become their trusted advisor.
  • Help prepare the orders for your clients to match their need and organize a timely order fulfillment.
  • Report directly to Senior Management about client needs, forecasts, sales performance, planning and budgets.
  • Become a diamond expert, training will be provided for on the job.

Basic requirements:

 

  • You have a masters’ degree
  • You have excellent networking skills and building relationships comes natural to you
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have strong quantitative skills
  • You are willing to travel
  • You have no problem working independently
  • You want to be the very best
  • You don’t take no for an answer

 

Optional requirements:

 

  • Experience of managing and developing customer relationships or business development in a competitive international working environment.
