We are looking for an Amazing: CRM Salesforce Architect

Seniority: Senior (5+ years)

Type of position: Hybrid from Oporto. Candidates must be in Portugal already!

 

The amazing you, will have:

  • CRM Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of the Salesforce Service Cloud to meet the specific requirements of the financial services industry, while ensuring alignment with Agile development methodologies.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize Service Cloud to address the unique business needs of the financial sector, including the design and implementation of custom objects, fields, workflows, and processes. Facilitate seamless integration with Azure DevOps to streamline development processes. 
  • Integration: Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with other financial systems, third-party applications, and Azure DevOps for Agile project management, creating a seamless, data-driven customer experience within a highly regulated environment.        
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring their effective utilization of the CRM system in compliance with industry regulations and Agile best practices.        
  • Data Management: Oversee data quality, data migration, and data governance within Service Cloud, maintaining Agile development principles and industry standards.       
  • Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the CRM system to enhance efficiency and the customer experience within the context of the financial services sector. 
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the CRM system configuration, changes, and Agile development processes, while adhering to industry compliance requirements.
