Track & Trace
- End to end follow- up of transport solutions and making this visual in track and trace systems to be able to communicate this towards our customers and partners
- In case of deviations ensuring new ETA’s are available
- Align E2E in the transport chain to assure solutions are able to be executed
- Make use of the existing track and trace systems: CW, CIS, TIS , ZEDAS, …
- Align with Real time production planners to ensure best possible E2E solution is being executed
- Continuously monitoring the check in process of the loads and pro-actively act if deviations appear on the E2E chain.
- Adding the required information in back-end systems for reporting and SLA objectives.
- Through Wagon Set Management, asses the impact of multiple Transport on each other.
Client Communication
- Ensuring the complete and in-time client communication through push messages is performed
- Answer client call and mails (non-business hours)
- Support for freight letter creation (non-business hours)
Deviation Management
- Together with RT Load coordinators ensuring decisions are taken about transports if they are blocked
- Making together with RT Load Coordinators priority decision based upon all the parameters such as; availability of wagons, terminal slots, known degrees of freedom of our customers, set planning, …
Shunted out wagons due to issues
- Informing custumors about the shunted goods.
- Detecting the kind of damage by using the GCU.
- Consult sub-assemblies to ensure minimal impact on related E2E transports
