What we are looking for:

To reinforce the Electric Mobility Commercial team, we are looking for a Commercial Coordinator for our Maia hub, who will play a key role in driving sales and business development of our EV charging solutions in the Portuguese and Spanish market.

 

Mission:

  • Market assessment.
  • Market strategy.
  • Creation and execution of sales plan.
  • Manage the company's resources in the commercial area, as well as selected go-to-market resources, including a network of resellers, strategic partners, agents and end users.

 

Responsibilities:
Market analysis:

  • Assessment of the current situation of EFACEC's electric vehicle charging solutions on the market, understanding product trends and evolution, in order to define a strategy to improve the market position.
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, competitors and potential opportunities for EV charger sales in the French market.

Business development:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Efacec's presence, including identifying and pursuing new commercial partnerships.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, government agencies and industry influencers to promote our electric vehicle charging solutions.

Sales target achievement:

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales goals, monitor performance against goals, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Product knowledge:

  • Stay up to date with the latest advances in EV charging technology, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products to potential customers, markets and technological developments, as well as new features added through new partnerships developed with Strategic Partners in the field.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
  • Ensure the reporting of area management information to the Business Development Director, in order to provide him with the necessary information for decision-making processes.
  • Review purchase orders to ensure they are in line with the previous year's pre-quote.
  • Support businesses in the preparation of commercial proposals, monitor their validation and final analysis, as well as guarantee the status of the proposal with various customers.

 

Profile:

  • Training in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Administration or Marketing;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Electric Mobility with AC and DC Chargers;
  • Ability to monitor public policies, incentives and subsidies that promote the growth of EVs and, specifically, EV Charging Infrastructure, to develop support strategies and participation in programs on behalf of EFACEC;
  • Ability to support the review of Request for Information (RFI) and RFP technical specifications, as well as inputs and responses;
  • Experience in dealing with business partners, resellers and strategic partners;
  • Availability to travel regularly;
  • Experience in leadership positions;
  • Proficiency in English (required).
