Due to the company’s continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Finance & Accounting Associate.

 

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Preparing and registering fund operations in Fund Manager and in Primavera software;
  • Preparing reports to CMVM regarding the real estate funds;
  • Preparing fiscal declarations for the several type of companies (regulated and non regulated);
  • Preparing and registering operations for the SPV’s under management (non-regulated companies);
  • Providing information for the preparation of financial models and business plans;
  • Registering stamp tax on lease agreements;
  • Preparing maps of outstanding rents;
  • Registering invoices, receipts and payments to suppliers;
  • Preparing and reviewing tax returns;
  • Preparing information for auditors.

 

Role Requirements

  • Education degree in Accounting (preferred), Economics, Management or Finance;
  • 2 years’ experience;
  • Experience in Primavera software will be a Plus;
  • Experience in operations of funds/companies (preferred);
  • Experience in Balance Sheet and income statement of entities (preferred);
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (preferred);
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, willingness to work as part of a team;
  • Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Team Management;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Written and oral skills in English.
