What are we looking for?
To reinforce our Project Management teams, we are looking for a Project Manager for our offices in Maia and Arroteia.
Main responsibilities:
- Customer communication management;
- Interface with the internal (cross-functional) project team;
- Scope management (deliverables);
- Project planning development and monitoring;
- Billing management, cost monitoring, and project cash flow;
- Risk and issue management; Contract change management;
- Project status reporting (physical progress of deliverables/milestones, schedule, financials, risks, issues...);
- Contract/project documentation management.
Profile:
- BSc or MSc in Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Engineering and Management or related fields;
- 1 to 5 years of experience in similar roles; Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
- Knowledge of French and German is a plus;
- Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project (preferred);
- Flexibility and adaptability to change;
- Dynamism, proactivity, and a strong team-oriented spirit;
- Availability for national and international travel;
- Problem-solving ability and resilience.
