Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage IAM solutions to ensure the security and efficiency of our organization's access control systems;
• Design and enforce access policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard sensitive data and resources;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions seamlessly across various platforms and technologies;
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend proactive measures for risk mitigation;
• Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders on IAM best practices and compliance requirements;
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in IAM technologies to continuously enhance our security posture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management;
• Proficiency in IAM tools and technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and PKI;
• Strong understanding of security protocols, authentication methods, and access control mechanisms;
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues effectively;
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
