''Good morning Tom, are you getting anywhere with the Technical installation?'' In a coaching manner convey input to the draftsman. You guide him/her like Alice through the wonderful world of building techniques.
Faster than Lucky Luke, you conjure a calculator out of your pocket and calculate a few duct sections.
Daily activities
- If you only keen of parts of the project management we can discuss.
- You design the technical installations for buildings (HVAC, sanitary and electrical installations).
- Using Trimble BIM software and VABI, among other tools.
- You are directing the draftslady/man within Revit (or AutoCad).
- You have the opportunity to follow up projects from beginning to end, within a predetermined planning and construction budget.
- You carry out site visits and negotiate with all parties involved on the site.
- You stand for good communication and are willing to speak Dutch within a short term.

Your profile
- A degree as a (Civil) Engineer (or structural engineering).
- You have knowledge of calculation methods and standards for various technical installations in buildings within the EU and Belgium.
- You can think in a solution-oriented way when faced with technical, architectural and stability-related incompatibilities.
- Among other things, you have knowledge of regular software packages (Excel, Word).
- Taking initiative and responsibility is in your blood.
