As an intern Sustainability & Import (Fashion) you will join our dynamic Buying team and mainly work in close collaboration with the CSR Manager, but also with our E-commerce, Wholesale and Logistics teams.

This is a very challenging and enriching opportunity, as we are planning several projects in the further development of our sustainable fashion landscape.
During your internship you will have the following missions:
Sustainable development:
- Update the supplier database with CSR levels and certificates
- Monitor requests, receipts and registrations of certificates
- Monitor regulations such as AGEC, REACH, ...
- Liaise with teams on responsible materials and products (eco-design, recycling, packaging, ...)
- Provide monthly updates on our CSR performance
- Support suppliers during the certification processes
- Carry out CSR reporting to meet our legal obligations
- Research and monitor sustainable development attributes
- Participate in sustainable development projects in line with corporate objectives
Import:
- Request weekly delivery schedules
- Update the internal order tracking software (Storlande)
- Alert on late deliveries
- Manage import-related documents
Your profile:
- You have a background or education in Textile Engineering or Purchasing
- You are fluent in at least one native language (Dutch/French), and English
- You master the MS Office applications, especially Excel
- You have a vivid interest in sustainability and/or CSR
- You thrive in a working environment that is fast-paced
- You are a team player and have a can-do mentality
- You are looking for an internship opportunity (or ‘programme en alternance’) of minimum 6 months
