For our Solutions & Products division (companies Cantillana & Compaktuna), located in Ghent, division of the Holcim Group, we are looking for a:

Product Training Manager

As the product training manager, you will be responsible for the development

and day-to-day management of the training centre.

Function:

• In collaboration with your team and after consulting various stakeholders, you make up a plan for the organization of trainings/ demonstrations combined with internal/external analyses and your own experience.
• You propose a "go to market" plan for the introduction of internal and external trainings, demonstrations, knowledge moments. Besides providing trainings, you also supervise the dedicated trainers/demonstrators.
• In liaison with the Product Manager and R&D, you will prepare content for training modules for a diverse audience (contractors, specifiers, internal peoples (sales), etc).
• You strive for continuous improvement/optimization of the various training and demonstration modules, training methodology, tools and equipment. In addition, you have an eye for innovations and implement them in your training and demonstrations.
• You are in close contact with the technical/commercial department. In consultation with them, you organise training and demonstrations in order to strengthen the professional image of our company. You and your team, convince the audience of the Holcim quality.
• Your outlined training strategy should be in line with the marketing actions.
• In close cooperation with the marketing department, you set up training courses and deliver content and, in collaboration with the dedicated product manager, approval regarding related marketing documents.
• You and your team also provide content that can be used for marketing-related purposes.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• Experience: 4 years in a related field
• Good knowledge of Dutch, French & English
• IT minded
