What you need to join us:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields;
- More than 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master;
- Written and spoken English on proficient level;
- Relevant Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively guide, support, and collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
