Mission

Responsible for sales of a customer portfolio with large turnover and responsible for the development of this portfolio. Looks for new contacts , strategic partnerships with customers partners RU and forwarders in order to strengthen the market share.

Tasks

Commercial activities
‒ Responsible for sales with existing customers and new customers
‒ Make complex commercial offers, negotiate the terms with the customer and write the contract for both renewals as new business opportunities
‒ Initiate modal shift solutions
‒ Capable of digesting market information to translate into strategy
‒ Look for new contacts, opportunities with partners RU , forwarders
‒ Set-up strategic partnerships with customers to facilitate the growth plan
‒ Manage interpersonal relations with the customer at senior level
Project and process management
‒ Create action plans to implement the strategy
‒ Follow-up on actions in the organization
‒ Create an implementation plan for a specific campaign or action to develop the business
Commercial Strategy
‒ Develop a strategy to grow the business of his portfolio
‒ Provide customer and market information to Network Management to create the network of the future
‒ Participate to Tenders and RFQ

 

Profile

• Extensive know-how about markets, market segments, customers
• Extensive commercial knowledge of the Logistic Market
• “Builder” – ability to start small but impactful and then scale up
• Strongly result oriented
• International background
IT knowledge
• Microsoft Office

• CRM system (Sales Force)

Master degree or compensated by experience
High degree of working independently
