Service Desk – 1st line

What you need to join us:
- Knowledge and experience in Office and Windows;
- Experience with troubleshooting (software and hardware);
- Knowledge in Operative Systems.
- Previous experience working as a Service Desk (1st line);
- Experience in 1st line support to end user.
-> Important notes:
It’s an on-site project in Lisbon;
English fluency is requested;
French and Spanish is a plus.
