What are we looking for?

Team Leader Collections (M/F), with the following responsibilities:

• Coordination of a team of credit managers, ensuring their best performance;
• Control and monitoring of KPI in order to meet the proposed objectives;
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing the respective action plans for resolution;
• Performance evaluation, communication of results and implementation of team motivation strategies;
• Monitoring and integration of the team new elements;

• Bachelor's degree in Management or similar;
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a team coordination position;
