LolaLiza is currently looking for a dynamic team member who will ensure we have the best website and online experience possible. As a Webmaster, you will be responsible for the daily management of site monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical support. As a member of our e-commerce team you will work closely with the online marketing and merchandising team, as well as with the developers and external suppliers to ensure a smooth functioning of the online purchases. In this role, you report to the E-commerce & Omni-channel Manager and will join a team of 6 enthusiast e-commerce professionals.

Our opportunity

As a Webmaster you will have the following responsibilities:

Online operations

  • Support end-to-end online order process workflows from online order intake all the way to delivery to the customer (carrier setup, payment provider, logistics aspects)
  • Create, test and deploy promotions on the e-commerce platform (discount actions, promo codes, e-commerce specific promotions)
  • Responsible for content updates of defined website sections
  • Make sure that all configurations are setup correctly in the back-end of the e-commerce platform.
  • Regular checks of the website/app to identify possible issues
  • Troubleshooting of basic website issues linked to product, price, stock flows.
  • Understand the back-end of the e-shop and the digital architecture of LolaLiza to be able to solve issues linked to the different systems connected to the e-commerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, OIL, Channable, Hotjar, ERP, SoCloz)

Online performance

  • Manage and use reporting tools and web analytics (such as GA4 or others) to report and analyze websites performance and ensure the site meets or exceeds key performance indicators and goals
  • In charge of the SEO strategy and improvements

 

Online QA & improvements

  • As part of our Scrum team with internal and external developers, define the testing scenarios and perform these tests for all implementations before Go-Live
  • Define and implement a list of A/B tests to help understand better the behaviors of our customers

Your experience

  • E-commerce experience, ideally working on high transactional sites/applications
  • Extensive experience in testing web applications, services, websites and strong knowledge of compatibility for various browsers on desktops, tablets and mobile
  • Understanding of web analytics tracking and experience with GA4 or other web analytics tools
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve technical and business problems.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on quantitative analysis.
