Purpose of the position

We're seeking a Process Improvement Analyst and Facilitator to join our Maintenance and Engineering (M&E) team.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Training & Maintenance Standards & Development to develop and lead a vision for process improvement.

Your key responsibilities include overseeing project processes, serving as a catalyst for continuous improvement, and actively engaging in company-wide and Lufthansa Group initiatives.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

As a Process Improvement Analyst and Facilitator within our Maintenance and Engineering (M&E) team, you will be responsible for:

Teaching Internal Courses: You will be conducting internal courses on various Process Improvement topics to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.

Leading Workshops: You will lead workshops with the aim of achieving Process Improvement goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Facilitating Principles: Act as a facilitator of Process Improvement principles within the company, guiding teams toward effective implementation.

Collaboration with Project Managers and Leadership: Work closely with Project Managers and Leadership to ensure that both strategic and process improvement goals are met through seamless cooperation.

Performance Analysis: You will be reviewing and analyzing the performance of various procedures within the company, providing insightful recommendations for improvements.

 

Your profile

You are the ideal candidate if you:

  • Possess a Higher Secondary Education and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bring 3-4 years of valuable Process or Project experience, showcasing expertise in Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in projects, preferably with experience in Maintenance or Production Processes.
  • Have a background in aviation, a definite plus.
  • Showcase an excellent understanding of Process concepts.
  • Are fluent in English, and proficiency in Dutch and/or French is an additional advantage.
  • Utilize MS-Office effortlessly.
  • Possess didactical skills, making you an effective communicator and team player.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, showing resilience under stress.
