Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van het contentteam en voor de kwaliteit, planning en samenhang van alle content die via onze interne en externe kanalen wordt verspreid.

Als verantwoordelijke van het contentteam maak je deel uit van de communicatiedienst. Je stuurt een team van 4 communicatieprofessionals aan en zorgt ervoor dat hun werk inhoudelijk sterk, doordacht, consistent en gebruiksvriendelijk is — voor externe en interne doelgroepen.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega-teams (pers, grafici, accountmanagers) en met de vele inhoudelijke diensten binnen de organisatie. Je tilt de kwaliteit van de provinciale content naar een hoger niveau door duidelijke keuzes, doordachte workflows en een coachende aanpak.

Contentstrategie & kwaliteitsbewaking

• Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt een overkoepelende contentstrategie voor de provincie Antwerpen, afgestemd op onze merkidentiteit en communicatiedoelstellingen.
• Je zorgt ervoor dat alle content – van webpagina’s en nieuwsbrieven tot socialmediaposts en kernboodschappen – helder, consistent en toegankelijk is.
• Je bewaakt de toepassing van schrijf- en stijlgidsen, metadata, tone-of-voice, WCAG-richtlijnen en het overkoepelende merk.
• Je werkt mee aan content governance en helpt bepalen wat we communiceren, wanneer, op welke manier en voor welke doelgroep.

Leidinggeven & teamorganisatie

• Je geeft leiding aan het contentteam (4 medewerkers) en ondersteunt hen in planning, prioritering en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
• Je beheert het teambudget en organiseert interne processen zodat het team efficiënt en met kwaliteit kan werken.
• Je bouwt een cultuur waarin mensen initiatief nemen, leren en hun expertise verder ontwikkelen.

Contentcreatie & kanaalbeheer

• Jij en je team beheren de content op de websites, intranet, sociale mediakanalen en nieuwsbrieven van de provincie.
• Je bepaalt mee de strategische lijnen van de verschillende kanalen en zorgt voor een doordachte rol- en taakverdeling binnen je team.
• Je bewaakt het evenwicht tussen vraag (diensten, partners) en capaciteit (team), en je helpt prioriteiten scherpstellen.

Advies en ondersteuning aan de organisatie

• Je ondersteunt collega’s van verschillende departementen bij hun contentvragen, thematische prioriteiten en vertaling van beleid naar begrijpelijke content.
• Je zorgt voor praktische handvaten: checklists, templates, opleidingen en coaching voor webauteurs en andere collega’s.
• Je werkt nauw samen met de teams pers, interne communicatie, grafische vormgeving en accountmanagement om één verhaal naar buiten te brengen.

Informatievergaring & scenario-denken

• Je volgt maatschappelijke evoluties, beleidsbeslissingen en interne ontwikkelingen van nabij op zodat jouw team snel en correct kan inspelen op relevante thema’s.
• Je doorgrondt de organisatie en haar samenwerkingsmodellen, projecten en beleidsprioriteiten.
• Je bouwt overzicht, anticipatie en inzicht op: wat komt eraan, wie moeten we betrekken, wat vraagt extra duiding?

Processen, workflows en kwaliteit

• Je optimaliseert de interne contentprocessen, planningstools en werkafspraken.
• Je werkt mee aan projecten zoals de uitrol van het nieuwe webplatform, contentmigraties, governance of interne opleidingen voor webauteurs.
• Je ondersteunt de verdere professionalisering van decentrale communicatie binnen de provincie.

Je start in salarisschaal A1a: het bruto maandsalaris ligt tussen €3.788,61 - €5.895,32.

Onderzoeker bij het onderzoekscentrum Pedagogie in Praktijk - 80 à 100% 

Wie zijn wij?

Karel de Grote Hogeschool, dat zijn 6 onderzoekscentra, 9 campussen, 38 afstudeerrichtingen, meer dan 100 bijscholingsmogelijkheden, circa 14700 studenten en 1599 medewerkers.

KdG kiest voluit voor groei van kwaliteitsvol onderzoek met maatschappelijke impact en een context waar samenwerken en inclusie centraal staan.

Het onderzoekscentrum Pedagogie in Praktijk streeft naar duurzame kwaliteit en vernieuwing en naar maatschappelijke relevantie van pedagogische praktijken. Het doet praktijkgericht onderzoek en biedt ondersteuning aan organisaties die werken met kinderen tussen 0 en 16 jaar oud, zoals opvang voor baby’s en peuters, opvang van schoolkinderen, vrijetijdsinitiatieven, sportclubs, culturele organisaties, centra voor kinderzorg en gezinsondersteuning. Onderzoekers en ondersteuners werken nauw samen met kinderen, professionals, ouders, andere belanghebbenden en met elkaar.

Wat is jouw rol?  

Als onderzoeker werk je mee aan alle stadia van onderzoeksprojecten.

Wat doe je concreet? 

• Je doet praktijkgericht onderzoek in, met en voor praktijken die met kinderen werken. Je werkt hierbij intensief samen met collega’s en met werkveldpartners.
• Je werkt mee aan nationale en internationale projecten. Je verzamelt en analyseert data en verwerkt de resultaten in een vorm die pedagogische praktijken ondersteunt.
• Je denkt mee na over zinvol onderzoek en over pistes om bestaand onderzoek te valoriseren.
• Je zorgt voor een geschikte communicatie van je onderzoeksresultaten.
• Je staat mee in voor de middelenwerving van externe onderzoeksopdrachten en schrijft mee aan projectopdrachten.
• Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en (onderzoeks)partners. Minstens één dag per week werken we in team op campus Zuid. Daarnaast ben je vaak op stap. Nauw contact met het werkveld staat immers centraal in je takenpakket.
• Je bouwt een netwerk op en houdt de vinger aan de pols in het werkveld.

 Je rapporteert aan het Hoofd van het Onderzoekscentrum Pedagogie in Praktijk.

Wat is je profiel?  

• Je bent - net als wij - gepassioneerd door onderzoek en valorisatie en je bent vertrouwd met de eigenheid van praktijkgericht wetenschappelijk onderzoek met kinderen en verschillende pedagogische professionals. 
• Je bent vertrouwd met een ruim gamma van kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve onderzoeksmethoden.
• Je hebt recente ervaring in de brede sector van pedagogische praktijken. 
• Je kunt een complex onderzoeksproject in goede banen leiden van begin tot eind.
• Je bent een goede netwerker en kunt terugvallen op een uitgebreid netwerk in bovenstaande sector. 
• Je bent een teamspeler, want onderzoek doe je nooit alleen. Je werkte al in multidisciplinaire teams en krijgt daar energie van. 
• Je kunt flexibel omgaan met onverwachte wendingen in onderzoeksopzet en daar creatieve oplossingen voor bedenken. Je werkt zelfstandig.
• Je kunt wetenschappelijke inzichten helder overbrengen in het Nederlands en in het Engels. Je kunt je bij voorkeur ook uitdrukken in het Frans.  
• Je hebt minstens een masterdiploma.

Aanvullend kijken we ook steeds naar de juiste match tussen onderzoeker en project. Momenteel zoeken we collega’s met expertise en interesse in minstens pedagogische en organisatorische aspecten van de kinderopvang.

Je maakt deel uit van de mobiele equipe cluster moeder-kind en wordt ingezet op de verschillende campussen (Roeselare, Menen en Torhout) op kraamafdeling/kinderziekten. Je engageert jou om de nodige opleiding te volgen op de diverse campussen en bent bereid om ingezet te worden op een andere afdeling, wanneer je niet toegewezen bent in kader van ziekte op kinderziekten.

Gedurende jouw tewerkstelling sta je in voor een kwalitatieve verpleegkundige zorg aan moeder en de opgenomen kinderen en begeleidt hen tijdens het gehele proces van opname tot het vertrek uit het ziekenhuis. Je werk nauw samen met het multidisciplinair team van artsen, verpleegkundigen en zorgkundigen van de verschillende afdelingen. Je rapporteert relevante gegevens in het patiëntendossier en zorgt voor een correcte overdracht tijdens het multidisciplinair overleg. Je creëert een zo comfortabel en aangenaam mogelijk verblijf, door een optimale en deskundige hulp, begeleiding en verzorging.
