- Have obtained a master’s degree.
- Have a minimum of ca. 7 years of work experience, preferably in the L&D sector.

As part of the Maintenance & Engineering department at Brussels Airlines, the Inventory Manager reports to the Head of Commercial and Supply Chain. In this key role, you will strategically manage and optimize the airline’s technical spare parts inventory to support operational, financial, and safety goals.
You will define and implement stocking policies, align inventory with fleet needs, and address obsolete or excess items. By monitoring performance metrics and ensuring regulatory compliance, you’ll provide valuable insights to senior management. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong inventory management expertise. The position is deputized by the Manager Warehouse & Ops Procurement.
Tasks
Inventory Management and Analysis
- Define and implement stocking policies aligned with financial, operational, efficiency, and safety targets
- Analyze inventory metrics (e.g. turnover, lead times, service levels) to improve performance and optimize stock
- Set stocking criteria to ensure material availability tailored to fleet characteristics
- Conduct reprovisioning analysis of serialized components based on reliability and performance
- Review and adjust parameters for automatic reorder proposals
- Develop and maintain forecasting models using historical data and trends
Aircraft Transition and Obsolescence Management
- Lead actions on spares for phased-out fleets and manage obsolete/overstocked materials
- Define sales strategies for scrap and unused items; track sales, loans, and exchanges
- Collaborate with engineering to assess impacts of new technologies and configurations on inventory
Collaboration and Training
- Ensure alignment with CAMO, AOC, and Part 145 entities
- Work with procurement teams to manage part purchases and scrap sales
- Provide training and support in inventory best practices
- Organize workshops to enhance cross-functional understanding and collaboration
- Support strategic procurement by aligning stock levels with operational needs
Performance Monitoring and Compliance
- Define and analyze KPIs to assess inventory effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with CAME, MOE, and Part-145/CAMO regulations
- Report regularly on inventory value, performance, and improvement opportunities
- Continuously improve inventory processes in our internal software (ProX) to boost efficiency and productivity
Your profile
- University degree (Bachelor’s) in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory planning within a medium or large company, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry
- Proven experience in calculation models, statistics and supply chain principles, including purchasing, logistics and the application of stock steering parameters to optimize inventory levels and performance
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset with proficiency in handling large datasets confidently and reliably

- Bachelor degree with 3 of 4 years of experience

Mission
You perform structural repairs (sheet metal & composite) during line- and light-maintenance according to the appropriate aircraft maintenance manuals. Tasks

- Correct completion of A/C documents
- Keeping close collaboration with the engineering department and aircraft engineers, providing them with advice and/or solutions in order to minimize downtime and cost.
- Performing sheet metal and/or composite shop work on aircraft parts and provide the associated administration in accordance with the BA scope and EASA part 145 rules.
- Makes sure that level of the cabin shop meets the EASA 145 requirements by guarding cleanliness, tools, equipment and stock.

- A3 obtained in a technical school
- Holder of an approved Certificate indicating he followed a sheet metal and/or composite course or showing experience in sheet metal and/or composite repairs

We are seeking a highly professional Data & Communication Specialist, with a passion for data-based storytelling and excellent visualisation skills, and an interest in the energy sector!
The Data & Communication Specialist is part of the Programme Management team who oversees the project coordination of ENTSO-E’s System Development studies, internal communications and external communication and stakeholder engagement. Studies within the scope of work include long-term planning studies (the Ten-Year Network Development Plan and its scenarios), as well as mid-term and seasonal adequacy studies (European Resource Adequacy Assessment and Seasonal Outlook).
As the Data & Communication Specialist, you will develop and deliver data-driven communication materials and visualisations that enhance understanding of System Development products. Furthermore, ensure effective project coordination, internal and external communication to support strategic goals and stakeholder engagement. In addition, you will take the lead on specific tasks and projects, provide support and actively contribute to various tasks of the team.
In this role, you will work full time in the System Development section, reporting directly to the System Development Programme Manager.
The position is based in the ENTSO-E Secretariat in Brussels. Travelling limited to 2-5 times per year (approximately 2 days each) may be required.
Your responsibilities
The tasks can evolve, depending on the priorities in the team and in the section. Key tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Analyse large data sets and study outputs, pre-process data for automation, and create visualisations for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with data management and study teams to identify opportunities for improved internal and external communication on System Development data and products.
- Steer projects aiming at improving the communication, transparency and accessibility of ENTSO-E’s system development studies data, for example the conception and development of a data platform.
- Coordinate with ENTSO-E communication specialists, policy experts and project editors to develop data-driven messages for reports, web pages, and communication material.
- Contribute to ENTSO-E grid map development and support the drafting and reviewing of study communication materials for other projects.
- Support the SD Committee’s Programme Manager, Head of Section, and other managers in the Section in information exchange, identify issues and suggest solutions.
- Supporting internal communications within expert level groups at ENTSO-E
- Preparing and moderating ENTSO-E meetings, incl. preparing agendas, session files, presentations, and decisions, drafting minutes, tracking actions and following up to closeout actions.
Your profile
We are seeking someone with the following skills and abilities:
- Master level or equivalent by experience
- 5-8 years of experience in communication or data visualisation.
- Knowledge of at least one data visualisation tool. Mastery of PowerBi is considered a strong advantage.
- Passion for data-based storytelling, compelling visualisations and interactive maps, with various experiences.
- Experience or strong willingness to learn GIS based platforms for grid maps.
- Experience in the energy sector, in a European association, or with a TSO all are strong assets.
- Team player with ability to self-prioritise and adapt to new priorities.
