What you'll do at Avesta
- Develop electrochemical methods to understand the properties of lithium-ion and next-gen battery systems.

- Collect customer/market needs for EMS, focusing on battery applications.

Responsável pela equipa da Receção, assegurando que é oferecido ao cliente uma qualidade superior ao nível do serviço para que este se fidelize ao conceito.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Dirigir, organizar, coordenar e executar trabalhos da Recepção;
- Assegurar os serviços de Recepção, portaria e telefones do Hotel;
- Coordenar todos os colaboradores afetos ao departamento da Recepção;
- Organizar e orientar os serviços de reservas, registos, movimentos, facturação, caixa, correspondência, check-in e check-out, no-shows, guarda de valores, atendimento e informações a clientes;
- Verificar diariamente as reservas: profiles, segmentação, packages, datas de estadia, preços, instruções de faturação e pedidos especiais;
- Controlar a inserção das nacionalidades e países de residência nas reservas in-house e futuras;
- Controlar a inserção dos emails e respetivo Consentimento de RGPD, nos profiles dos clientes in-house;
- Controlar os pagamentos das reservas flexíveis e não reembolsáveis e emitir as respetivas faturas no prazo máximo de 5 dias;
- Controlar a disponibilidade do hotel e assegurar a gestão de overbooking, em caso de necessidade;
- Mesmo que o hotel tenha departamento de Reservas, incutir o espírito de ajuda da Receção às Reservas, assumir a função de reservas quando este(s) elemento(s) estiver ausente ou com muito trabalho.
- Comunicar a todas as secções as chegadas e saídas de clientes, sugestões relativas a preços e a promoções;
- Tratar a correspondência com os clientes, durante o seu período de serviço;
- Controlar o serviço de facturação e caixa relativa às receitas diárias, e entrega dos valores respetivos à contabilidade; - trabalho do turno de Night Auditor
- Fornecer à Direção do Hotel todos os elementos sobre o movimento de clientes, sugestões relativas a preços e a promoções;
- Rececionar e proceder ao tratamento de reclamações;
- Controlar os serviços de limpeza da Recepção e zonas comuns;
- Distribuir as tarefas ao pessoal sob a sua responsabilidade, colaborando, instruindo e ensinando sempre que necessário;
- Elaborar o horário e o plano de férias do pessoal, tendo em conta as necessidades de serviço;
- Elaborar o mapa de pessoal semanal, observando faltas e horários praticados;
- Assegurar a gestão de colaboradores, hierarquicamente enquadrados, em matéria de recrutamento e seleção, acolhimento e integração, gestão de assiduidades, avaliação do desempenho, levantamento e diagnóstico de necessidades de formação, acompanhamento e motivação;
- Possibilitar, sempre que possível, a prática de cross-training da equipa noutros departamentos do hotel;
- Fomentar a visita a outros hotéis do grupo e espírito de entreajuda e equipa com as restantes unidades;
- Assegurar um bom relacionamento e trabalhar conjuntamente com a Reservations Manager da sede;
- Promover o upselling (venda de serviços dentro do hotel) e o crosselling (venda de outras unidades DHM);
- Assegurar o envio dos vários templates do CHECK-IN ONLINE aos clientes;
- Apoiar pontualmente outro departamento, sempre que necessário.
Experiência que procuramos
