Je draagt als lector bij aan de verdere uitbouw van de bacheloropleidingen binnen het programma Management, meer specifiek van vakken omtrent salesmanagement en verkoopstechnieken.
- Samen met de opleidingsverantwoordelijken ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van het huidige onderwijsaanbod en voor de ontwikkeling van een maatschappelijk relevant en duurzaam (nieuw) onderwijsaanbod. Het gaat dan o.a. over vakken met inhouden omtrent salesmanagement en verkoopstechnieken.
- Je werkt inzake cursusaanbod en aanpak nauw samen met het lectorenteam van de opleidingen.
- De lesactiviteiten, het evalueren van studenten en het uitwerken van studiemateriaal maken integraal deel uit van je takenpakket.

- Samen met de opleidingsverantwoordelijken ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van het huidige onderwijsaanbod en voor de ontwikkeling van een maatschappelijk relevant en duurzaam (nieuw) onderwijsaanbod. Het gaat dan o.a. over vakken met inhouden omtrent digital marketing.
- Je werkt inzake cursusaanbod en aanpak nauw samen met het lectorenteam van de opleidingen.
- De lesactiviteiten, het evalueren van studenten en het uitwerken van studiemateriaal maken integraal deel uit van je takenpakket.
- Je evalueert in overleg met de collega’s en de permanente onderwijscommissie de doelen, inhouden en onderwijsaanpak van de opleidingsonderdelen waarin je betrokken bent, zodat gerichte bijsturingen doorgevoerd worden.

Le centre d’accueil de Florennes est un centre d’accueil fédéral géré par Fedasil avec une capacité de 580 places pour des familles, des hommes isolés, des femmes avec ou sans enfant et des MENA.
Une équipe de près de 100 collaborateurs, répartis en plusieurs services est présente pour assurer l’encadrement de ces personnes et réaliser les différentes missions du centre.
Les membres du personnel veillent sur l'accompagnement des résidents, ils ont la charge d'un grand nombre de tâches et disposent de plusieurs profils. Ensemble ils se chargent des différents services du centre tels: l'accueil, le service social, le service médical, le service technique et logistique, l'administration, le service accompagnement scolaire et animation, les éducateurs,..

En tant qu’assistant au service logistique, vous êtes responsable de la distribution des repas conformément aux directives en vigueur, afin de garantir un service aux résidents qui soit à la fois soigné et respectueux des normes d’hygiène:
- Vous contrôlez la qualité et la quantité des repas commandés.
- Vous veillez à la présentation des repas et à la bonne organisation de leur distribution par les résidents.
- Vous assurez la surveillance de l’hygiène au sein de la cuisine et du restaurant.
- Vous tenez le chef de service informé du bon déroulement des opérations.
Vous assurez la gestion quotidienne du matériel ainsi que de l’infrastructure de la cuisine et du restaurant, afin de garantir le bon déroulement de la distribution des repas:
- Vous signalez les défaillances et les pannes.
- Vous contribuez à desservir, organiser et ranger le matériel.
- Vous êtes le premier interlocuteur pour toute question ou problème lié à la cuisine, afin d’adapter l’offre aux besoins.

Procédure de sélection
Présélection
La commission de sélection évalue toutes les candidatures. La présélection s'effectue sur la base de votre dossier de candidature (CV et lettre de motivation, diplôme + équivalence et attestation si nécessaire). Seuls les candidats dont le profil correspond le mieux aux exigences de la fonction seront invités à l'entretien de sélection.
Sélection
L’épreuve de sélection consiste en un entretien de sélection, éventuellement précédé d’un test écrit, la date de l’épreuve sera communiquée ultérieurement. Les coordonnées des candidats qui ont réussi l’épreuve seront sauvegardées pour constituer une réserve de recrutement pour tous types de contrats de travail, tous centres Fedasil francophones et ce pour une durée de deux ans. De taalcoach gaat aan de slag zowel op leerlingen-, leerkrachten- als schoolniveau.Hij of zij heeft oog voor taal bij zowel taalzwakke leerlingen als anderstalige nieuwkomers (AN). Hij of zij gaat aan de slag zowel op de campus als campusoverschrijdend. Hiervoor komt hij of zij op regelmatige basis samen voor overleg om zo tot een schoolbrede werking te komen.
De vervolgschoolcoach bij OKAN begeleidt anderstalige nieuwkomers bij hun overstap naar het regulier onderwijs. Hij of zij helpt leerlingen bij het verkennen van hun talenten, het kiezen van een passende studierichting en het doorlopen van inschrijvingsprocedures. Daarnaast onderhoudt de coach nauwe contacten met ouders, klassenraden, CLB en vervolgscholen om de overgang vlot en duurzaam te laten verlopen.
Taakomschrijving
- Administratieve opvolging van leerlingen in samenspraak met het bestaande team van leerlingbegeleiding.
- Contacten met ouders verzorgen: zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Afnemen van testing
- Communicatie van de screeningsresultaten aan leerlingen, ouders en leerkrachten.
- Opvolgen en registreren van remediërende leerlinggerichte acties in LVS.
- Taal- en AN-beleid mee uitwerken.
- Ankerpunt zijn voor leerlingen en leerkrachten van OKAN/ex-OKAN.

Jouw competenties
- Je bent in het bezit van een Professionele Bachelor (Taalgericht of orthopedagogie)
- Je bent zowel zelfstandig als een teamplayer. Je werkt nl. samen met leerlingen, leerkrachten, ondersteuner Leren en studeren, coördinator en campusdirecteur.
- Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands.
- Je kan vlot met digitale middelen werken zoals Word, Excel, cloud-toepassingen (Microsoft en Google), ...

- Je weet studenten te coachen en te stimuleren. Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en geeft open en gericht feedback.
- Je slaagt erin je werk goed te plannen en organiseren, met oog voor een goede prioriteiten setting.
- Je stelt je flexibel op indien de omstandigheden dit vereisen.
- Je bent bereid in het Engels les te geven en je bent in het bezit van een C1-certificaat of bereid om het te behalen op termijn.
- Je stemt lesinhouden & -methodiek af met de collega’s binnen de opleiding waarin je tewerkgesteld wordt.
