What will you do?
- You provide professional advice in the field of energy systems, water systems and other utilities and in the field of facility systems and buildings.
- You are responsible for the preparation of the first project scope, where you draw up the necessary process requirements and determine the conceptual design.
- You draw up the business case and prepare the project approval (both in terms of approach and elaboration of the required documents).
- You transfer your concepts to the engineering department or a design office and you follow up with them.
- You will help draw up a Master planning for various utilities, facility systems and buildings. Operational reliability and Life Cycle Cost are among the most important decision criteria.
- You use feedback from the technical service or production to detect further process optimizations on existing utility installations, machines and buildings.
- As a core part of the job, you will simultaneously work on delivering new project descriptions and supporting ongoing projects.
Who are you?
- You have relevant work experience within the field of industrial utilities
- You have the "engineering mindset", because you are naturally curious and analytical.
- You are interested in the operation of energy systems, HVAC and water and gas-related systems.
- You can rely on a thorough basic knowledge of thermodynamics and fluidomechanics
- You have experience in delivering high-level project descriptions, based on limited amount of information and against sharp timelines.
- You have sufficient technical/budgetary insight to know when €10K makes a difference and when €100K makes a difference.
- Knowledge of, or experience with, GMP qualification and validation within the pharmaceutical sector is an additional asset.
- Knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety by Design is an additional advantage
- You communicate fluently, work result-oriented and can deal flexibly with high customer demands
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English
