Fresh Solutions Netherlands BV is a full service provider of fruits, vegetables, flowers and plants and is part of the Greenyard Group. At our location in Waddinxveen there are 3 business units. These are Fresh Solutions Netherlands B.V. (fruit & vegetables), Fresh Solutions Flowers NL B.V. (flowers & plants) and Greenyard Supply Chain Services (warehousing for the Greenyard Group).

Job description

As an Employee of the coordination team you will work mainly for our German customer. A large retailer for whom we are the dedicated supplier. Together with your colleagues, you are closely involved in the processing of outgoing orders (exotic fruits and vegetables), and ensure that this is done flawlessly. Furthermore, you assist the production planning where necessary. This involves, for example, some stock management and processing production orders.

 

You form an important link between e.g. the warehouse, the internal commercial departments, the transport department and the customer. The Back Office Team works independently and must be able to decide, in agreement with all stakeholders, how to deal with, for example, a late arrival of a shipment or quality issues.

No two days are the same. Your customer and solution orientation will help you to perform the job properly. In addition, there is a driven informal culture where problems are solved quickly.

 

Job requirements

You are someone who keeps an overview and is stress-resistant. Working independently is not a problem for you and you function well within a team. You are someone who works meticulously and accurately. Furthermore, you do not have a 9 to 5 mentality and you are willing to participate in rosters for weekend shifts, on average about four times a year.

 

Furthermore, we require the following knowledge and skills:

- MBO+ thinking and working level;

- Experience in the AGF or similar function in logistics is an advantage;

- Skilled in working with Excel and SAP is a plus.

- Good command of the English language, command of Dutch/German is also an advantage.

- Flexibility in working hours.
