What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to reinforce the Technology team of the Transformers Business Unit, located in the Arroteia Site, Matosinhos.



  • Analysis and interpretation of standards and technical contractual documents;
  • Conceptual electrical design of transformers, namely electromagnetic calculation and sizing of main accessories;
  • Preparation and definition of technical documentation, for the client, and for the purchase of materials and equipment;
  • Monitoring and technical leadership of the project;
  • Support the organization in technical discussions/meetings with customers and suppliers;
  • Support to operations teams in the necessary technical clarifications associated with each material and equipment;
  • Active participation in the search for solutions to the challenges of each design;
  • Preparation/Monitoring of the process of preparing Instruction Manuals, for the client, of the Final Product.


  • BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering;
  • Proficiency in the English language (spoken and written);
  • Dynamism and proactivity;
  • Sense of responsibility and commitment;
  • Excellent organization and planning skills;
  • Team spirit;
  • Availability for national and international travel;
  • Good information management skills;
  • Autonomy, initiative and proactivity;
  • Orientation towards change and innovation.
