What are we looking for?
To reinforce our Technology team at the Electric Mobility Unit (Polo da Maia), we are looking for a Software Engineer to support the High-Level Software Development of electric vehicle charging stations.
Mission:
- Design, develop and implement software for electric mobility systems;
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary way to create efficient and reliable software solutions, ensuring the perfect integration between hardware and software;
- Perform requirements analysis, identify gaps and propose innovative technical solutions to complex problems;
- Participate in the complete software development cycle, from conception to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Profile:
- BSc or MSc in Electrical/Computer Engineering;
- More than 2 years of experience in software development;
- Knowledge of software implementation in C+ and/or Java;
- Experience in development and use of Linux;
- Knowledge of Bash and Python software implementation;
- Experience in implementing communication drivers such as Modbus;
- Experience in development and implementation of protocol stacks in TCP/IP;
- Ability to work with objectives and deadlines;
- Team orientation;
- High problem solving ability;
- Good learning ability;
- Ability to have attention to detail;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Good knowledge of English.
