What are we looking for?

To reinforce our Technology team at the Electric Mobility Unit (Polo da Maia), we are looking for a Software Engineer to support the High-Level Software Development of electric vehicle charging stations.

 

Mission:

  • Design, develop and implement software for electric mobility systems;
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary way to create efficient and reliable software solutions, ensuring the perfect integration between hardware and software;
  • Perform requirements analysis, identify gaps and propose innovative technical solutions to complex problems;
  • Participate in the complete software development cycle, from conception to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

 

Profile:

  • BSc or MSc in Electrical/Computer Engineering;
  • More than 2 years of experience in software development;
  • Knowledge of software implementation in C+ and/or Java;
  • Experience in development and use of Linux;
  • Knowledge of Bash and Python software implementation;
  • Experience in implementing communication drivers such as Modbus;
  • Experience in development and implementation of protocol stacks in TCP/IP;
  • Ability to work with objectives and deadlines;
  • Team orientation;
  • High problem solving ability;
  • Good learning ability;
  • Ability to have attention to detail;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of English.
