Key responsibilities:
- To welcome customers and direct or accompany them to their table;
- To organize reservations in liaison with the head waiter, assistant head waiter, shift supervisor, manager or assistant manager, bearing in mind the restaurant’s standards;
- To develop a relationship with the customer and manage their expectations and needs;
- To convey complaints to the direct supervisor;
- To use the restaurant/shop materials, utensils and equipment correctly;
- To comply with HACCP requirements.
Requirements:
- Educational attainment: 12th year;
- 1 year’s minimum experience in an identical position;
- Good knowledge of English – minimum BI level in oral skills;
- Strong customer and sales orientation;
- Being a team player: available, flexible, dedicated;
- ID document (Citizen’s Card or Resident’s Card), taxpayer no. (NIF) and social security no.
